What technical resources are required to run Theo in my practice or organization?

Theo is an iOS based iPad application with minimal technical requirements.

All that is required to use Theo with your patients is an iPad tablet, running iOS 6 or above, with uninterrupted access to a wifi network. All data storage is done on Noble.MD’s HIPAA compliant servers, and all dashboard reporting is made available via a web-based client portal.

Can I purchase Theo via the Apple AppStore?

Theo is currently available only via enterprise installation.

This simple process is handled by our IT team by simply distributing Theo via an Apple Enterprise solution.

Do you need to enable location services?

It is critical to enable location services for Theo to work properly.

If it looks like the location services for your iPad may be turned off. Go into your iPad Settings, then choose Privacy.

In the privacy section, at the top should be "Location Services". Please click on this and ensure that location services are on for the device, and that they are enabled for Theo in the list of applications.

How many users are required to create an account?

Theo has no minimum or maximum user thresholds.

Theo is currently being used in practices with just a few doctors as well as a large 250+ physician ACO. Our team can help you craft the best solution for your needs.
