Todd Johnson

CEO
Dr. Todd Johnson founded Noble.MD in 2012. Noble builds on Todd’s 20 years of success in

entrepreneurial roles combining life science research and information technology. Most recently, Todd was Vice President, Global Marketing for Abbott Labs’ pharmaceuticals business where he used interactive media to successfully turned around the product pipeline and enabled Abbott’s spin-out of AbbVie into a publicly traded company. Prior to Abbott, Todd was General Manager, Early Stage Development for MDS, which he turned around by automating clinical research processes and data visualization technologies, prior to selling to Bain Capital in 2010. Before MDS, Todd spent 5 years as a healthcare consultant at McKinsey & Company. Early in his career, Todd founded Tangerine Technologies, which he grew to 30 employees before its sale to SciQuest. Todd received his BA from Penn, his MD from Penn, and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Ben Snedeker

CFO
Ben Snedeker joined Noble.MD in January 2013 as the company's CFO. Most recently, Ben was a

Vice-President at D.E. Shaw & Company where he was the portfolio manager for global long-short healthcare equities. In this role, Ben was responsible for managing a $1B+ beta-neutral healthcare portfolio, as well as leading the company's private healthcare investing arm. Prior to D.E. Shaw, Ben was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company where he specialized in the area of pharmaceutical and medical products and was one of four co-founders of the company's Philadelphia office. While at McKinsey, Ben had the opportunity to work alongside numerous global healthcare leaders on a wide variety of topics including global mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, product lifecycle strategies and reorganizations. Ben holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Penn State University (Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.S. in Chemistry from Yale University.

Dan Kelley

CTO
Dan Kelley joined the Noble.MD team in early 2013 while he was with Noble’s technology development partner, before

joining full time in April 2014 as Chief Technology Officer. Dan has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology architecture and leadership. He has led the design of custom software solutions for a wide variety of industries, ranging from e-commerce to media. Before joining Noble, Dan served as Chief Architect at Transmogrify, LLC, a boutique innovation shop based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. While at Transmogrify, he led the development of mobile web and native mobile applications for clients ranging from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. Prior to Transmogrify, he was a Solution Director for the SOA practice at Anexinet, where he helped manage the SOA Practice and contributed to the building of software solutions for high-end clients including, The New York Times, GSI Commerce, and SEI Investments. Dan received his MSE from Bucknell University, and his MS degree in computer science from Villanova University.

Meg Steinmetz

Meg Steinmetz joined Noble.MD in 2013 as one of the company’s co-founders, leading the development of

Noble’s Digital Health Interventions. Ms. Steinmetz has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and life sciences fields, focused on mHealth digital learning technologies, multi-language patient portals, sales and marketing, and project management. Most recently, Meg was based in Chicago at Abbott/AbbVie, where she supported the commercialization of their pharmaceutical pipeline through the development of product-focused digital education and awareness programs for employees, clinicians and patients. Prior to Abbott, Meg held project management roles at MDS Pharma Services/Celerion, and Evergreen Assurance, an IT start-up based in Annapolis, where she project managed their sale to MessageOne. She spent the first 15 years of her career in pharmaceutical focused technology sales and marketing at IT firms DEC and Unisys. A Philadelphia area native, Meg received her BA from Villanova University and Project Management certification from Loyola University.
